Payment


1. How do I pay my rent?

You can pay rent Online using your checking account. You can also send check or money order to our mailing address at P.O. Box, Rosemount, MN 55068. All mailed in rent payments will be processed by the postmark date on the envelope.

You can also download our app either from App Store or Google Play to manage rental payment and other needs. We strongly encourage you to set up automatic payments for your rent, either through the website or the app.

2. When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of every month. You will start incurring late charges after 5th day of the month. We encourage you to set up automatic payments via our app or website to avoid late rent payments and fees.
